Terms and Conditions

Goods are normally depatched within 2 days of order.  We do not accept return of goods unless incorrectly supplied by us.  Goods received damaged should be notified to us within a reasonable time (7 days).  Customer should check goods before signing for them from courier.  Once goods have been signed for by the customer they are deemed to have been received in good order and no claim for damaged goods will be entered into.  By placing an order the customer confirms that they have read, understood and accept our terms and conditions.  Due to the nature of the goods, we do not do refunds for goods correctly supplied and delivered undamaged.  Should goods arrive damaged with the courier, they should not be accepted, nor should they be signed for.  In the event of courier attempting to deliver damaged goods, we should be advised immedatley that customer has not accepted goods due to them being damaged in transit and the courier advised that the goods should be returned to sended as they are damaged.  As goods are made for each individual customer, returns will not be accepted, nor refunds made.  It is the customers responsibilty to ensure that they are fully aware of what they are ordering, and by placing an order they acknowledge and confirm that they are fully aware of what they have ordered.
